World Health Congress 2025 Prague
Article I
Introductory Provisions
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions regulate the legal relations between the organizer of the World Health Congress 2025 Prague and the participants of the event.
1.2 The organizer of the World Congress is the non-profit organization Institute for TCIM/CAM, in cooperation with other national and international TCIM organizations.
1.3 According to these General Terms, a participant is every visitor in person, a presenter in person, an online presenter, an exhibitor of an online virtual booth.
1.4 These General Terms are valid upon receipt of a ticket or payment of the registration fee. By entering the venue, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
1.5 Online visitors register free of charge at www.whc2025prague.com/registration.
Article II
Registration for the event
2.1 The Participant shall complete the registration form on the Event website www.whc2025prague.com/registration. If paying by bank transfer, after sending the form, he/she will receive an email confirmation of registration and payment details with a due date of 8 days.
2.2 After payment, the participant will receive an email with the ticket and an invoice in electronic form as proof of payment. At the time of entry registration, the participant will provide his/her name and surname, or will present a printed ticket or displayed ticked on a mobile phone. The badge that the participant receives will serve as a ticket for the other days of the congress, too.
2.3 In case of free capacity of the hall, it is possible for the visitor to check in on the spot on the day of the event. In this case, payment of the participation fee can only be made in cash. Information about the depletion of the capacity will be published on the congress website.
Article III
Payment terms
3.1 Payment of the participation fee shall be made to the account IBAN CZ2320100000002001719999. The price and payment conditions are included in the event registration form.
3.2 In case of cancellation of an already made participation application, the following cancellation conditions apply:
from 15 days before the event - cancellation fee of 50% of the participation fee,
from 10 days before the start of the event - cancellation fee of 75% of the participation fee,
from 5 days or less - cancellation fee 100% of the participation fee.
The cancellation date is the date on which the cancellation is received by the organiser.
3.3 Cancellations can be made at info@itcim.org.
3.4 If the registered participant is unable to attend the event, he/she may designate a substitute by notifying the organizer in advance at info@itcim.org.
Article IV
Participation in the event
4.1 When participating in the event, participants shall respect the instructions of the organisers and, in the event of an emergency, the instructions of members of the emergency services.
4.2 The organizer is not responsible for any damage incurred on the participant's property caused by participation in the event, except in cases where the organiser has taken custody of the participant's belongings and issued a certificate of the custody.
4.3 The organizer informs that audio, photo and video recordings are made during the event. The purpose of the recording is to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the organiser in the form of documenting the event, providing information about the event to event partners and promoting the event, and informing about the event through news coverage. By entering the event, the participant acknowledges and agrees that their likeness may be included in the photo or video documentation. All documentation under this article is taken and processed in accordance with the Organiser's Privacy Policy, which is posted on the Organiser's website www.whc2025prague.com.
