Mgr. Margita Balaštíková - Czech Republic

is a Czech politician, since 2013 a member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, from 2016 to 2020 a deputy and councilor of the Zlín Region, a member of the political movement ANO 2011.

She graduated from the School of Economics in Uherské Hradiště. Subsequently, she worked, among others, in Agrokombinát Slušovice, as a director of a Slovak financial company or as a head of freight and passenger transport leasing at ČSOB bank. Since 2007, she has been the director of Hřebčín Napajedla stud.

She was also elected vice-president of the Czech Thoroughbred Breeders and Racehorse Owners Association and she is active in the Czech Equestrian Federation.

Margita Balaštíková is married and lives with her family in the village of Tupesy near Uherské Hradiště.
