Prof. dr Dušan Vešović - Serbia
Dušan Vešović, after graduating from the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade (1993), with exceptional success (average grade of 9.39/10), began working at the Institute of Occupational Medicine and Radiological Protection "Dr Dragomir Karajović", Clinical Center of Serbia in Belgrade. He started as an assistant-trainee and later became an assistant at the Department of Occupational Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade. He obtained the title of Specialist in Occupational Medicine (1998), Master of Medical Sciences (1997), and Doctor of Medical Sciences (2002) at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Belgrade. After completing his doctorate, he worked as a researcher on a project related to diabetes mellitus at the Department of Human Nutrition, University of Illinois at Chicago, USA. In addition to conventional medicine, Dr. Vešović has completed several courses in quantum medicine organized by the Serbian Medical Society in Belgrade (2013). He also completed specialization at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade, Serbia, obtaining the title of Specialist in Pharmacy (2014).
Dr. Vešović is one of the pioneers of the integrative approach to patient treatment in Serbia, and during his professional career, he was an active participant and lecturer at numerous international congresses: II World Congress of Integrative Medicine (Rome, 2023), XII European Congress of Integrative Medicine (Barcelona, 2019), XI European Congress of Integrative Medicine (Ljubljana, 2018), IV International Conference and Exhibition on Natural Products (Rome, 2018), VIII International Conference and Exhibition on Natural and Alternative Medicine (Dubai, 2017), I World Congress on Cancer and Infectious Diseases (Madrid, 2017), I World Congress and X European Congress of Integrative Medicine (Berlin, 2017), XV World Congress on Menopause (Prague, 2016), IX European Congress of Integrative Medicine (Budapest, 2016); he also participated in congresses dedicated to anti-aging medicine (Brussels and Frankfurt 2016), and was also present at the VII European Congress of Integrative Medicine when he was awarded for the contribution in development of Integrative Medicine in Serbia, Quantum medicine, and Bi-Digital O-Ring Test in Serbia (Belgrade, 2014), VI European Congress of Integrative Medicine (Berlin, 2013). Dr Vešović attended the Summer School of Occupational Medicine (Brescia, 2012), participated in the XX International Symposium on Acupuncture and Electrotherapy (Columbia University, New York, 2004). Additionally, he attended two courses organized by the Institute of International Health, Michigan State University (2003 and 2002). As a scholarship holder of Duke University in the USA and the Ministry of Health and Science of Austria, he participated in the Duke Seminar in Family Medicine (Salzburg, 2003). Dr. Vešović also attended the X Congress of Occupational Medicine (Amsterdam, 2002), as well as the IV International Conference on Global Safety (2000, Bled). On two occasions, he was a scholarship holder of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (Lyon, France) and attended courses in cancer epidemiology (Budapest, 2000, and Florence, 1995).
Dr. Vešović is the author of a medical program The HEALTH FORMULA by which whole body is treated and program helps to eliminate the cause of health complains and thus to bring back mind, soul, and body to balance. The protocol is explained in the book of the same name which is published in Serbian, English, and German language.
Also, Dr. Vešović is the author of textbook on Occupational Medicine for undergraduate studies, author of three chapters in textbooks for undergraduate and postgraduate studies of medical students, published five papers in full in international journals, 53 abstracts in proceedings of international professional conferences, 21 paper published in national journals, and 52 abstracts published in proceedings of national professional conferences. As a lecturer, he participated in over sixteen continuing medical education courses (CME) for all healthcare professionals. He obtained the title of professor at the high health sanitary vocational school VISAN in Belgrade. He has mentored numerous specialist and graduate papers of students. He is a reviewer of papers in three professional journals (European Journal of Integrative Medicine, Collegium Antropologicum, Medicinal Chemistry). He is member of the Serbian Medical Society Belgrade, The Union of Medical Societies of Serbia, Serbian Association for Integrative Medicine, and Quantum Medicine Association within Serbian Medical Society.
He is married and the father of two sons.
